A person's is innocent unless proven guilty concept. This makes it clear that all people are innocent until he is convicted by the court for punishment. A person shall not be held responsible except for the acts for which he has been convicted.
One does not bear the sins of others, in other words each one is responsible for what he has done. Before sentencing, the accused must be convicted of the crime without any hesitation.
