A person's is innocent unless proven guilty concept. This makes it clear that all people are innocent until he is convicted by the court for punishment. A person shall not be held responsible except for the acts for which he has been convicted.

One does not bear the sins of others, in other words each one is responsible for what he has done. Before sentencing, the accused must be convicted of the crime without any hesitation. However, before the accused is found guilty, the accused is considered innocent. The methods adopted in this issue are in other words that the person is innocent (free from guilt)

This method also serves as the basis for the defense of the accused in this case the accused has the right to demand that his or her alleged wrongdoing be clearly and conspicuously removed in order to disprove the original conviction that he is innocent unless proven otherwise. It does not commit a crime unless proven otherwise.

It same goes with accusation in social media or internet, where people or netizen immediately judge people or issues sometimes just from one side of the stories, that is important to verify before accepting and deliver news or information.
