Studies in Barcelona, Spain suggests that cup of coffee with sugar can improve brain performance. Scientists at the University of Barcelona find simultaneous taking of caffeine and sugar can increase the performance of the brain such as memory. The research obtained from 40 volunteers who were tested with the taking of coffee with sugar, coffee without sugar and water.
