Tips to Control Anger

  1. Change Position 
    • When person get angry & at the moment he in standing position, he should sit because it would eliminate anger. And if still not he shall be lying.
  2. Control Verbal
    • Keep quite & do not speak when you feel angry because many people damaging itself due to their own speech.
  3. Drink Water
    • Drink cold water because water is able to extinguish the fire of anger.
  4. Remind Yourself
    • Remind yourself that things that done to others, one day it will occurs later on ourselves as well or in other word "karma".
In this way we have succeeded to shift the focus of minds which can trigger the tempered.
