Take a Short Nap In Afternoon


Nap or rests around 1.30 p.m. to 4.00 p.m. for 15 minutes to 30 minutes during daytime is highly recommended but don’t nap too long. A new study explains that napping during daytime can reduce the risk of heart disease which can be harmful even deadly.

Sleep Early in the Night


Quality sleep at night is an effort to optimize the detoxification process to neutralize toxins that contaminate the body. Detoxification of the body, occurs mainly in the liver, it reached its optimum during sleep. This mechanism is closely related to antioxidants as a neutralizing toxins produced. In quality sleep, liver detoxification can run optimally, especially in the formation of the amino acid glutathione as an antioxidant to neutralize the oxidative stress and free radicals.

Don't Sleep After Eating

Don't go straight to sleep after eating. Sleeping after meals is not advisable in order to maintain bodies’ vitality and fitness. Food takes time to digest, whatever we eat must first be digested in the body. When we sleep immediately after eating, in lying down position, this actually slows the digestive process.

Get Enough Sleep

Make sure to get enough sleep if don't the stress hormones will increase. It also will interfere the eating schedule. It causes people eating too much or too little. The study also found that lack of sleep will reduce the production of antibodies to fight germs. This will cause body easy to suffer from fever or flu. But beware, over sleeping need to be avoided because it could be harmful to health.   

Sleep With Good Posture

Medical expert recommend two sleeping position, which is sleeping on side with the spine straighten or back facing with face and body facing up by keeping bones and neck bend properly. It better to sleep on your right side and avoid sleeping on your stomach. Don't cross your leg during sleeping. It can affect the health of the body. Sleeping this way able to relax your body and take care of the neck bones.

Wake Up Early In The Morning


Dr.Abdul Hamid Dayyat from Cairo University, Egypt explaining the health benefits when people wake up early in the morning. O3 gas (ozone) are very abundant in the air at dawn, then decreased gradually, until exhausted when the sun goes down.

Sleep in The Dark


Children who sleep with the lights on, will be at risk of suffering from leukemia. The scientist said that the body needs a dark atmosphere to produce chemicals to fight cancer. Even with the light from the toilet, bedroom and street can stop the production of those chemicals.
