Wake Up Early In The Morning


Dr.Abdul Hamid Dayyat from Cairo University, Egypt explaining the health benefits when people wake up early in the morning. O3 gas (ozone) are very abundant in the air at dawn, then decreased gradually, until exhausted when the sun goes down.

O3 gas has a positive effect on the nerves, activating the brain and bones. When someone inhaling the morning air or dawn air, he felt pleasure and freshness at that time & anywhere.

Dawn is the time period that precedes sunrise. The indication is the weak sunshine while the sun is still below the horizon.
